ENRICHING YOUNG MINDS / FOR PARENTS

Terms of use

How families may use the ebooks and learning app.

Updated September 14, 2026

Parents, learners and purchases

An adult parent or legal guardian manages purchases, the family account and permission for a child’s saved work. Children use the learning activities under adult supervision; they do not need separate store accounts.

Choose the product and age range carefully. The ebook collection, online programs and membership are separate offers. Purchasing one does not include the others unless the product description expressly says so. Standard program purchases are open after verified parent permission. Membership enrollment remains closed.

Using the materials

An ebook purchase permits personal learning use within the purchasing household. You may save backup copies and print worksheets for that use. Do not resell the files, upload them to a public website, share download links outside your household, or distribute the teaching materials as your own product.

Contact Enriching Young Minds before using the materials for a school, club, paid class or multiple households. Online program access is assigned to the purchased learner. The planned membership covers one household with up to three learners.

These restrictions concern our teaching materials. They do not transfer ownership of a learner’s original answers or business ideas to Enriching Young Minds, and do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

Account and activity rules

Keep adult passwords and PINs private. Do not share paid sign ins outside the permitted household or attempt to enter another family’s saved work. Use the app for its learning activities and do not submit harmful, unlawful or identifying personal content.

Use pretend business details in practice work. An adult must oversee any real sales, customer contact, spending, travel or public posting. Lessons do not authorize a child to open an account on another service or bypass its age rules.

What the learning materials mean

The materials explain business concepts through educational practice. They are not individual legal, tax, financial or mental health advice. Stories and example amounts illustrate decisions; they are not testimonials or reports of actual earnings.

Participation, completion and badges do not guarantee income, business success, confidence gains or a particular learning result. A badge records completion of the stated activities; it is not a professional credential. Before and after checks describe responses and observations, not proof that the program caused a change.

Purchase terms and questions

Read the product description and applicable delivery and refund terms before payment. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes to this page do not retroactively replace the terms of an earlier purchase.

Contact support about incorrect content, access problems or a dispute. Include the product or page involved, but do not include a child’s identifying information.
