Digital ebook purchases
Digital ebook purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Please check the age range, included files and format before ordering. These are digital files; no printed books are shipped.
This policy applies to new orders where it is shown before payment. It does not remove rights or more favorable terms that applied when an earlier order was placed.
Missing, incorrect or damaged files
If the download is missing, will not open, or contains the wrong product, contact support with your order number, purchase email and a description of the problem. Do not purchase again to fix a delivery problem.
Support can review delivery and file problems and help with the correct files. A no refund policy does not remove any legal remedy for a product that was not delivered or was materially different from its description. Contact support about duplicate or incorrect charges as well.
Online programs and membership
Standard Program 1 and Program 2 each cost $59.99 with six months of access for one learner. Both programs cost $99.99 with twelve months of access for one learner. These are single payments. Membership, founding offers and the discounted upgrade remain closed.
The intended policy is no refunds for paid digital access except where required by law. Canceling a recurring membership stops future renewals; it is different from requesting a refund for a paid period. A working cancellation route must be available before recurring payments begin. No cancellation button is presented here as if a live subscription system already exists.
An installment plan for a fixed price program is different from a monthly membership. If an installment option is offered, its total price, payment schedule and cancellation obligations must be explained at checkout. Do not assume that stopping attendance cancels an installment obligation.
Deleting data does not cancel a payment
Deleting a learner profile, withdrawing parent permission, or deleting an app workspace does not automatically refund an order or stop a separate billing agreement. For a billing question, contact support from the adult purchase email.
