Digital ebook purchases
Digital ebook purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Please check the age range, included files and format before ordering. These are digital files; no printed books are shipped.
This policy applies to new orders where it is shown before payment. It does not remove rights or more favorable terms that applied when an earlier order was placed.
Missing, incorrect or damaged files
If the download is missing, will not open, or contains the wrong product, contact support with your order number, purchase email and a description of the problem. Do not purchase again to fix a delivery problem.
Support can review delivery and file problems and help with the correct files. A no refund policy does not remove any legal remedy for a product that was not delivered or was materially different from its description. Contact support about duplicate or incorrect charges as well.
Online programs
The scheduled price is $59.99 for Program 1 and $79.99 for Program 2, each with six months of access for one learner. Both programs cost $99.99 with twelve months of access for one learner. These are single payments. Founding offer scheduled October 16 to November 15, 2026 (Eastern time): Program 1 is $59.99 (regular price $79.99). Both programs are $99.99 (regular price $119.99). Program 2 bought on its own is $79.99. Prices are in U.S. dollars, paid once, before any tax. Program 1 founding purchasers qualify for Program 2 at $59.99 when their upgrade opens. Your current price is confirmed before checkout. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Program 2 continuation is shown in Parent space and opens seven days before the learner’s Program 1 access ends. The separate founding-price upgrade checkout is not enabled yet; ordinary program checkout is separate. When the upgrade opens, eligibility must be verified before the founding price can be used. Contact support before paying if the founding-price option is unavailable. A full-price purchase does not receive an automatic credit.
App and online program purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. For any earlier recurring payment, canceling future renewals is different from requesting a refund for a paid period. Contact support for help with the applicable billing agreement.
If an earlier purchase used installments, its agreed total price, payment schedule and cancellation obligations still apply. Do not assume that stopping attendance cancels an installment obligation.
Deleting data does not cancel a payment
Deleting a learner profile, withdrawing parent permission, or deleting an app workspace does not automatically refund an order or stop a separate billing agreement. For a billing question, contact support from the adult purchase email.
Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
