For an ebook or payment problem
Include your adult purchase email, order number, product name and a short description of what happened. For a file problem, include the file name and the PDF reader or device you used. Do not buy the item again just because a link is missing.
For saved work or privacy
Write from the email linked to the parent account. Say whether you want to review, correct or delete information, or withdraw permission for future collection. Support needs to verify that the request belongs to the correct family before releasing or deleting records.
Do not send passwords, parent PINs, complete card numbers, government ID documents or a child’s full name. A screenshot should hide personal information.
