Your ebook bundle
The illustrated edition has a 31-page ebook, 16-page activity kit and shared 15-page Parent and Mentor Guide in each age bundle: 62 pages across three PDFs. The all ages family collection contains seven PDFs and 156 unique pages, with the parent guide included once. The licensed PDFs are packaged in one ZIP download.
Ebooks are a separate, one time digital purchase. They do not enroll a learner in an online program. Keep a copy of the downloaded files; they do not expire when app access ends. No printed books, supplies, coaching or videos are included in the ebook purchase.
Getting your files
After your paid order is verified, we prepare a licensed ZIP and email a private, single-use link to the adult email used at checkout. Estimated delivery is about 15 minutes. Queues or email-service delays can take longer. If nothing arrives after 30 minutes, check spam and contact support; do not buy again. The order-confirmation download is an access guide, not the books.
Your private link is available for 30 days and permits one authorized download transfer. Save the ZIP before opening it. Keep your downloaded files for personal use within the purchasing household, print the pages or complete the fillable worksheets on your device, and save your work as you go. If the transfer is interrupted or the link is unavailable, contact support with your order number; do not buy again.
Open the saved ZIP and extract the PDFs. Use a PDF reader that supports fillable form fields to type answers, or print the pages. Pages are sized for U.S. Letter paper. Close and reopen a saved worksheet to check that the answers stayed saved. The answer boxes do not calculate totals for you.
This controlled delivery applies to new illustrated-edition orders. Earlier purchases keep the delivery terms that applied when they were placed. Contact support about a pending payment, an older order or a delivery problem.
Program completion downloads
For an online program, finish and save all required activities and pass all 12 weekly quizzes to unlock its completed business book. The book contains saved responses and the completion certificate, rather than the full teaching materials.
The current program allows one official completed book download during paid access or within 7 days after that access ends. Those 7 days do not reopen lessons or allow editing. Save the downloaded file somewhere you can find it. Contact support if an eligible download fails.
The 30 day learning record retention period is separate. It does not extend the 7 day download window or lesson access. A download limit does not remove your right to request your personal information.
