Parent consent
Sign once for your parent account. Your active consent covers the learners you manage and their courses under this notice. Signing in again, adding another learner, or making another purchase does not require another signature.
Read the parent notice and return the signed form from your parent account email. Support reviews the signed form and matches it to your account before approving permission. Contact support if you need to arrange a live video verification instead. Signing alone does not approve permission or activate learner access.
Private setup only. Use fictional adult details; do not submit real child information. This is not open enrollment.

Parent notice
Who operates the program?
Enriching Young Minds, 14029 W. McNichols, Detroit, MI 48235, United States. Phone: (313) 356 6761. Email: YBGBsupport@enriching-young-minds.org.
What information is used, and why?
The learning app uses a parent account identifier, a learner nickname and age group, lesson choices, written answers, progress, and course purchase assignments. This information lets us save learning work, display progress, and provide the programs purchased for that learner. Use a nickname; do not enter a child’s full name, email, home address, school, phone number, photo, or payment details in learning work.
Account and payment services separately process parent sign in and payment information. The learning app does not receive complete card numbers. Our hosting, database, account, and payment providers process the information needed to operate the service and verify purchases. This form does not authorize advertising, selling learner information, or public sharing of identifiable learner information.
Optional reflections and evaluations
Weekly written reflections stay private to your family and appear in the completed business book. Optional before and after learning checks save quiz answers, scores, confidence choices, the help received, and short project responses. Parents can review those project responses using the same criteria at the start and finish. Project writing remains private to the family; the owner sees grouped scores and ratings, not that writing. Score averages appear only after at least five matched families have eligible results. Late starting checks and missing comparisons are identified. These results describe recorded learning and observations; they do not prove the program caused improvement. Evaluations and results are not placed on public pages. Parent written feedback is shared privately with the team only if you select that option. Learning checks and feedback are optional and do not affect completion, badges or downloads.
How does learning stay private?
There are no public learner profiles, child messaging, photo uploads, or learner voice recordings in this app. Narration starts only when the learner chooses Listen. The planned Murf AI narrator receives fixed, authored lesson passages from the Enriching Young Minds server. It does not receive a learner’s nickname, account identifier, typed answers, reflections, saved work, or recordings. If that narrator is unavailable, the app may use the device’s reading voice. The app does not request microphone access. A parent controls business book downloads and decides whether to share an exported file.
Your choices
You may review your learner’s saved work, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for further collection. Use Parent help or contact support from your parent account email. Withdrawal blocks new saved responses and learner profiles; earlier work is not automatically deleted by withdrawing. Workspace deletion is a separate parent control. Purchase records held by the payment service and records that must be kept for transactions are managed separately. Before launch, our published privacy notice must state the final retention and provider deletion procedures.
Parent consent
I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the learner or learners I will manage in this account. I have read this notice and consent to the information described above being collected and used to provide their private learning program. I understand that I may withdraw consent. I understand that a course purchase and this consent are separate.
Signature records
Your typed signature, parent email as entered, authenticated account reference, notice text and version, consent choices and server recorded signing time are stored privately in the app. When automatic verification is enabled, the app checks a completed card payment through Wix Payments from the same parent account after signing. That payment appears on the card account statement. A qualifying payment activates consent automatically; exceptions stay pending for support. The owner can access the private record. You can open and download your own signed copy. Records are kept while approved consent remains active, then deleted from the active database 90 days after withdrawal or account closure is recorded. Pending signatures not approved within 30 days are removed. Provider backup copies expire separately; locally downloaded copies must be handled privately. A signature alone does not approve consent. Verification stores the order and transaction references, payment amount and time, and verification time, without card numbers or billing addresses. Do not enter child details or identity documents.
Start a parent permission request in Parent help before signing.
